Accessories like a wireless headset or a USB cable come with some new phones for example the Blackberry Curve. But If I were to purchase a refurbished one would the same accessories come with it?

Yes, it will look and feel like a brand new phone. When my original BB Bold 9000 went down ATT sent me a refurb, which I still have today a year later. They work the same and have the same box contents as a new one.
