the best phone out of these three is the samsung propel pro. it has wifi (and im answering this question on my propel pro) so u can download some ringtones and is an all around good phone. it has good reviews. and if you are using a pc with windows on it then it is easy to sync to ur computer so u can add ringtones to it easily since it is a windows mobile phone. i highly recommend the samsung propel pro

Bluetooth wireless technology is a short-range communications technology intended to replace the cables connecting portable and/or fixed devices while maintaining high levels of security.
For cell phone, we may use bluetooth headset or use bluetooth to connect a laptop to the phone which is used as modem.

Bluetooth technology is how mobile phones, computers, and personal digital assistants (PDAs) can be easily interconnected using a short-range wireless connection. It is also a wire free ear piece through which you can answer your phone. When your cell rings, you will hear the ring through the earpiece, you just press the button on the wireless earpiece and talk! I have it and I love it. There is no digging for the phone when it rings and I can hear it ring in the car!

those ‘pay as you go’ phones might be a good way to start – you would have a phone for emergencies, and you parents could just stop buying more time, if you were using it to talk, and talk, and talk……… they are very inexpensive to buy – it is the time purchases that are fairly expensive.

tell them that … and also if you do after school sports .. start being late for things that they are picking you up from. give them a reason to get you a phone. with all the creaps out there it shouldnt be to hard

Bluetooth enabled devices can communicate with each other wirelessly over short distances. For instance, If you wished to copy your address book from your computer to your phone bluetooth would allow it without cables. It also enables wireless headsets so that you can carry your pone in your pocket or purse and wear the headphone without having to worry about wires. There are other wireless technologys, but bluetooth is the most widely implemented and the most popular.

Tell them exactly that! What you asked in your question. “What if there is an emergency and I need to get a hold you?” If they say ‘the school will call’, tell them you might have an accident on the way home or on your way to school. Or you can take the initiative your self and start saving money and buy a prepaid phone. I know how important they are because my son will start 1st grade and I plan go get him one for emergencies.

how about a migo phone with the six numbers.
if you need one that bad at 13 they can track you and you can call them direct. no text on migo. does that help for what you need at your age.
